Your first 3 customers have given you quite different tasks:
· A local band would like a logo designed for their website this needs to be combined with their band photo.
· The band would like the logo to be displayed on the side of their tour bus/van. To do this you need to reproduce your logo in Illustrator so that it can be cut out in self-adhesive vinyl.
· The band would like a flyer to advertise their forthcoming tour. The flyer will incorporate photos of the band, and information about each band member and the dates and venues for the tour.
What type of graphic will you create for each customer and what file format should be used? Explain your answers.

They should use a bitmat, jpeg of gif on adobe photoshop as you can insert pictures, images and text. Whatever you insert into photoshop can be edited, resized, re coloured and more. However on photoshop you cant make an image to large or it will pixelate but if it is only for a website it will be ok.

If the band logo was to be put on a van you should use a vectore on adobe illustrator because if you enlarge the file it wont get pixilated.

You can make leaflets for a band in publisher and save it as a pdf. We use publisher for this because there are pleanty of different oage disignes and you save it as a odf because then you dont need to go onto publisher to view it.
