Blog spot is an effective method of communication because others can see your work and write feed back, also it saves paper so its Eco- friendly. Another reason is that your work is immediately view-able and you get an email notification if anyone has commented on your work, this means that you will instantly know when the teacher has marked it even when you're at home as its easily accessible from anyway. However there are some safety issues with the internet such as being hacked. You could prevent this by making sure you don't keep your account(s) logged on and by frequently changing your password to a strong quality password. Another risk is cyber bullying/stalking, to prevent this make sure you only add people you know and trust and never add your location to a social networking site and be careful when you use your phone to log into one of these sites as your phone number may be shown on your profile, if you're ever victimized like this then you could stop it by talking to a trusted adult that you know or the police. Yet another risk with using the internet is viruses, you can catch these by clicking on adverts that pop up on your screen or going on unsafe websites, this could then lead to data loss. To stop this you could back up your computer with a hard drive and install virus software.
